State management for agricultural cooperatives in Phu Tho province

Development of agricultural cooperatives is one the main tasks for successful implementation master plan on restructuring and new rural construction in Phu Tho province. In past years, People’s committee province has been very active state management cooperatives, thereby developing significantly cooperatives. Some models were initially associated with value chain development, high-technology application development OCOP “one commune, product” program. However, there are still some shortcomings activities such as: irregular inspection supervision cooperatives; production land landing allocation long-term use limited; difficulties support seeds, fertilizers, product processing technology cooperatives’ members, especially linking products along an obstacle when majority producers small scale. addition, mobilization persuasion people to join not good. The study proposes 6 groups solutions improve efficiency future.
